In addition to its core blood products and services, Carter BloodCare provides transfusion related ancillary support to more than 180 medical facilities in over 50 Texas counties. The Carter BloodCare Rewards Program is designed to thank donors for their generosity. Every time you donate, you’ll earn points, which can be redeemed for gift cards or other special items. Plus, your blood donation history is recorded, and you’ll get bonus points for each appointment you make.
There are several ways to qualify for the program, including donating blood or plasma and becoming a Dedicated Blood Donor. You can also participate in the Great Grants Program, which rewards schools that host blood drives. Those who host three or more drives will be eligible for a grant. This year, the Carter BloodCare Foundation is awarding $36,000 to high schools in the region.
You can earn up to $80 per month in referral bonuses, plus $10 for each new sign-up you make. If you’re a dedicated donor, you’ll receive an invitation to attend the annual regional banquet.
The Blood Center provides life-saving resources to more than 150 hospitals in the Texas area.
